Kelly, the youngest of four of the late GB & Joan Rollins, is married to the former Cindy Leigh Sullivan of Shelbyville, Tennessee.  The two have been together for nearly twenty-nine years with twenty-five of those years being married.  They have two children, Kelli Lee and G Broc. Kelli Lee is a senior at Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and G is a junior at Siegel High School.

Kelly has been employed for 27 years with UPS where he serves in the capacity of Enterprise Account Manager. He and his family attend World Outreach Church where they serve on the Activities & Events team.

Kelly is very involved throughout Rutherford County and Middle Tennessee volunteering his time. He currently serves as:

>  Chairman- Boys & Girls Clubs in Tennessee Area Council (2011 & 2012)

>  Tennessee Alliance- Community Based Organizations (CBO)- Board of Directors (Board Member since October of 2010)

>  Chairman / President & Chief Volunteer Officer of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Rutherford County (Board Member since February of 2006, Chairman 2009 & 2010)

>  Middle Tennessee State University's National Alumni Board- Board of Directors (since July of 2008)

>  Director of the All-American Junior Golf Tour (since July of 2006)

>  Member of the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce
